3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring that the account name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is the same as the registered name on their mh807 account. Name mismatches may result in delayed or rejected transactions.

Any valid remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the review is complete.
